"I cannot thank you enough for the terrific visit we had at your hotel. As I mentioned to you previously, our group came from many different cities along the eastern part of US and Canada. They were all so impressed with the hotel. There were comments about how beautiful it is, the rooms and beds being so comfortable, and especially how friendly everyone was. I did not hear any negative comments from our group. The Pfister excelled in all areas.

Every person that I came across at The Pfister was exceptional: from initially working with you, to the welcoming staff at the front desk, to the friendly woman in the lounge area serving coffee in the morning, to the extremely helpful concierge, to the gentlemen at the valet service. I am sorry but I did not get the names of all that were so kind, but I would like to pass on a special thank you to the Concierge Desk. Peter and others were very helpful with logistics for our team and the planning of a fun evening that we had on Monday. Thank you to you for the very kind and generous tray of fruits and waters you had sent to my room.
