Please keep in mind that thse menus only represent a sample of what our culinary staff can create.  We will be happy to customize a menu to meet your specific needs. Our experienced catering staff is here to help you with any detail including flowers, linen, decorations, and entertainment.  We do have food and hosted beverage spending minimums, but those vary from weekend to weekend, so please contact us to speak directly with one of our Catering Sales Managers.
